As Halloween comes to an end...

With all the candy still in tow,

All your pumpkins are in a row...to be made into pumpkin pie.

cooking for engineers' pumpkin pie - this year it's this recipe for Thanksgiving. I've always liked to use the Libby's recipe. Making my own crust? Maybe not this year. It's interesting to see that Michael Chu of CookingForEngineers.com has blindbaked the pie crust and cooked the pumpkin filling beforehand- making for one tasty pie. Can't wait to try it!
