Jet Pens!
I received some terrific sample products from JetPens.com, a great place to find Japanese pens and stationery and you can contact them Facebook!
First was a Monami Essenti Soft Highlighter in Pastel Green!
I love the color! The case is smooth with a clipped cap reflecting the
ink. It's so pretty and the pen writes smoothly. As with most
highlighters, if you press too hard there will be bleed through.
